What do you sell in your Etsy shop?
Oh I have fun! I get bored easily, so I offer a little bit of everything. All are hand sculpted polymer clay without the use of molds and include portraiture, ornaments, jewelery, figures, picture frames and business card holders.

My themes range from fantasy (elves, dragons, fairies, mermaids) to whimsical such as my theme pins and direct consultant promotional items.
About Me:
I grew up in beautiful the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area now living a nomadic life, for the moment. I am mom to three boys (18, 15 and6) and Navy wife of 21 years. Although I love all types of crafts, I have been using polymer clay for over 25 years. FIMO was my first clay before becoming a self taught artisan.

I've gotten used to the nomadic life of the military, but would really like to settle down for a little while longer. Virginia where we live would be nice for a while, but my ultimate dream would be to live close to the ocean
Inspirations:
My parents, husband, kids and especially my Nina. They are my life inspirations.
Nature inspires me as well. When I see something, I admire it and see the possibility as to how I can capture a little bit of it in my creations. The possibilities are endless....
Favourite Fantasy Authors:
Tolkien, Rowland
Favourite Fantasy Artists:
My artistic inspirations are Cam ( Thornwood Hollow,) Hannie Sarris, Maureen Carlson and Katherine Dewey. They were the first that inspired me to create the things I do. Now as I develop, Jodi and Richard Creager inspire me to be more creative and detailed. I want to be like these artists when I grow up. These are but a few of my favorite artists.
Do you accept commissions/custom work?
Yes I do.

Created my first cane...

I finally gathered the courage to create my first cane. I have always hated the thought of wasting my materials if I messed up a project, silly me. But a client and friend challenged me and I did it. I will post pictures of it once I finish her order. Ahhh the satisfaction of knowing I can do it...

Now to try another....

Hey Patty,

Thanks for your kind words...all of your creations are fantastic!!! Pleeease do let me know when you have more of the little sprites done and I'll stop by and take a look!

I was reading your page and we have a lot in common. My hubby was in the military too, and it was after he got out that I discovered polymer clay. My first book was by Maureen Carleson, so she is one of my biggest inspirations too! Take care, and I hope you have a great weekend!

Many Blessings!!!

Thanks for the add Patty. Sorry it took me so long to respond, we were in St Maarten on vacation. Love your work and I love polymer clay as well. My husband was in the Navy years ago and home now. It is a good thing. Take care...
